How to become a vendor in 3 steps:

Step one:
Obtain a California Seller's permit (Permanent not Temporary) with your name (not a corporation) with The Roadium's address.

Used Merchandise, can be sold two times without a Seller's Permit, however, you will not be able to make a reservation without the Seller's Permit. Space must be purchased in standby.

Step two:
Bring Permanent Seller's Permit, valid Driver's License or valid Government Issued Identification Card and last four digits of Social Security Number to Roadium Business Office. Vendor whose name appears on the Seller's Permit will personally register.

Step three:
Roadium Business Office will take Vendor's picture. Roadium ID card fee is $10.

Counterfeit Merchandise

Roadium Open Air Market has no tolerance for counterfeit merchandise being sold on our premises.

Our policy regarding any vendor found to selling counterfeit merchandise at The Roadium is:
If you are caught selling counterfeit merchandise you will be banned immediately and your selling rights to the Roadium Open Air Market will be revoked, with the possibility of you being arrested.

We will apply these rules equally to all sellers, there will be no exceptions.

*If you are representing a company you will need to bring a letter made by the owner/president/manager of the company you would like to register and have proof (business card & valid ID) you are working for the company. Sample Display Letter.pdf
