Important new rules regarding Food Vendors
The department of agriculture and department of public health has implemented a new set of permits and licenses in order to sell produce, fruit and or live plants. Please see the following links to the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) regarding the new permits and licenses.

Selling out / Over the Line
Overhangs:
Must be no more that 3 feet out and must be at least 12 feet height. No merchandise can be hung out in the aisles.
Merchandise or displays: Must be behind yellow line.
The Roadium is highly offended by the sale or purchase of counterfeit merchandise. We do our best to make sure all products sold by our vendors meet all applicable laws and government regulations. Product that are counterfeit, pirated or bootlegged is not acceptable and is never condoned for sale at The Roadium. Our policy regarding any vendor found to be selling counterfeit merchandise at The Roadium is:
If you are caught selling counterfeit merchandise you will be banned immediately and your selling rights to the Roadium Open Air Market will be revoked, with the possibility of you being arrested.
We will apply these rules equally to all sellers. There will be no exceptions.
